  • there are two ways to get images from camer. cablles and flash drives
  • USB ports and firewire ports are used for direct import
  • Cardreaders can be wireless (bluetooth) or they can be connected through USB ports
  • There are many different versions of camera software that usually come with cameras
  • Canon zoombrowser is a windows only software that comes with all canon cameras. Zoombrowser can also be used to convert RAW files
  • NIKON view is a windows and macintosh software that lets you download and manage image files captured with Nikon cameras.
  • Olympus Camedia Master for windows and macintosh also lets you download and convert images.
  • Sigma photo pro alows you to convert the raw files captured by the sigma SD9
  • iPhoto is apples computer software enables you to download and oranize images.
  • With iPhoto you can make projects and share pictures
  • IMAGESTORE from TTl software provides a powerful workflow for downloading imades form multiple media cards
  • Adobe camera RAW is a program that is used to edit raw images before opening Adobe photoshop. You can edit histogram white balance exposure tones and tint.
  • PHOTOSHOPS file browser allows you to view thumbnails, review, delete and rate them.
